Wow what a weekend. :whew:
My Saturday was spent with my grandma. She did another round of cholestrol check and the result came up fine. Just a teeny weeny bit of 0.1 increase in LDL level. We had our breakfast ‘the deliciously prepared minced pork noodles’ at our favourite SS2 Taiwan Noodle House later. We also did some shopping at PJ old town and Atria (bought CNY cookies).
By then it was noon and on the way back home we purchased some kuihs from my favourite stall near our house. I ate 2 potatoes karipaps, 2 potatoes rolls, 1 coconut roll and 1 vegie roll. Then I plunk down on my bed with a belly full of kuihs. It was heaven! :laughing:
My afternoon nap was cut short due to the arrival of our brand new cupboard for the store room. My making cookies plan went awry. Guess I need to do it tomorrow. They (carpenters) took 5 hours to assemble and paint the cupboard coz the cupboard came without doors/shelves assembly. They finished at 10.30pm and we continue from there on until 2.30am cleaning and arranging our stuffs into the new cupboard.
Sunday was even worst for me. I spent 6 hours cleaning, washing, vacuuming, rubbing and polishing my car and after that bath my best buddy, Chester. I’m too tired to make cookies man. Bah I’ll make it after CNY then. Hahaha

SS2 Taiwan Noodle House is my favorite place for Sze Chuan Beef Noodle. :drool: Everytime I am there, sure order for it. I am truly loyal to this dish.

:LOL: 6 hrs???? … the strenuous rubbing does pay off, it seems… the car looked evenly covered, no visible patchy job.
