Toyota Rev Party 2006

I attended Toyota Rev Party @ Bar Savanh last Thursday evening. For me it was a pure disappointment, not because I didn’t win any prizes (e.g. F1 Grandstand tickets) BUT because I expected the party to be exciting, full of fun and games, fans meeting and camwhore with the drivers, autograph session, etc. None of it had happened.

We arrived there around 6.10pm.
Let’s see what we got inside our goodies bag…Toyota T-Shirt, Bridgestone cap, Panasonic organizer, Toyota calendar, ‘Toyota Rev Party’ wristlet and Denso handphone neck strap.

Saw them at the parking lot and was wondering what they were up to. Nobody bother to watch their head-top tv. I didn’t dare to camwhore with them. (pssst I’m good at this ‘camwhore’ word already. thanks to my regular visit to Wuching’s Journal)

From left to right; they are Ricardo Zonta, Ralf Schumacher and Jarno Trulli! Argghh I can’t see them at all. I was holding my camera high up above my head. A lot of spoilt picts too. First time encountered with my digi cam in a dark room. I was so busy taking picts of them that I didn’t hear at all what they were talking. I did get to be near them but my digi cam was processing so slow. Damn! I took a lot of people’s head!!! My sis said she didn’t really hear them either. She was looking at me while I was taking photos. Hahaha!

I was prepared when they were exiting the bar at only 8pm! On the way to their waiting cars, I wished Ralf and Trulli best of luck but I think only Trulli heard me. My sis said Trulli gave a nod. I was preparing to shake Ralf’s hand but he was looking the other way(I didn’t want to grab his hand ma) but gosh I did touch his hand for a tiny little bit. :) Hehehehe…but why can’t they smile ? Yeah they didn’t smile at all. They kept a serious face. Nobody was hounding them wor. Is it because of the late evening after shower ‘heat’ ?Most of the patrons were busy talking instead of concentrating on them. I wonder why. Bye bye! Trulli and an unknown guy were seated in a Toyota Camry. Ralf sat on another Camry behind them with Zonta. Umphhh Jarno didn’t want to look this way. He kept looking that way. They didn’t even wave. Urgghhhh!Sis said they were heading off to KLCC Convention Center for the F1 drivers dinner.
Guess this last part was the biggest highlight of the day for me and my sister. Yeah! We left aftethat too. No point staying back. We were fuming on our way to parking lot. Damn upset nevertheless a good experience.
