It's just a PHP code. I'm not sure what tag you have to call your links. But for your blogroll, the one you should change to is <a href="http://codex.wordpress.org/Template_Tags/wp_list_bookmarks" rel="nofollow">wp_list_bookmarks</a>. I've linked the codex so you know how to use it properly. Because WordPress also changes your category number as well. As soon as you upgrade, make sure you check what your category ID number is so that you can call it out on your list.
