Chester has a new friend in the neighborhood. This friend is staying just next door to us. Yipeee!

Shadow actually lived at one of my neighbor’s house (at the end of the road) when he was a puppy. But lo and behold his naughtiness (bite, bite, bite) gave his owner no choice but to expel him from their house (which is not a solution I recommend; do you kick your kids out of the house when they’re naughty?). Thank God my neighbor took him in.
Ohh please don’t look at his private part. He’s damn excited. Wuahahaha
We visited Shadow sometimes during our evening walks before he moves next door. At that time he was a sad & timid dog. Whenever Chester barks at him, he would go hiding. And I’ve never seen his previous owner bring him out for walk or anything. But now? Now Shadow’s a very playful & cheerful dog. I couldn’t recognize him at first. I had ?? hanging above my head when I saw a dog next door. Such different personality!

Too bad I couldn’t focus properly since he was moving so fast. I thought this picture is good enough to show you how happy he is.
Because of Shadow, I learn a new thing about Chester. Chester will make some kind of neighing sound when he sees Shadow or when they’re in semi-play mode. I couldn’t understand it at first until I saw another big dog in a distant doing the same sound when he sees Chester. I guess that’s the ‘I want to play with you’ sound.
This pose of his remind me of Miss Zebra. Ahh btw Miss Zebra is very chubby now. Happy & chubby to be more precise.
Regarding the semi-play mode, it’s like this. Chester will go sniff at Shadow and Shadow will return the favor by running after Chester. And then Chester will go rodeo like a horse/bull bucking! Hahaha And then there’s the neighing sound from Chester. All this happen with Chester on the leash of course. No off-leash on the road ma.

Mr. Shadow is handsome and cute! Hahaha.. I think if my Rusty sees him, sure will fight. Snoopy may just bark & bark at him. Aiyoo.. Lucky your neighbour took him in. If like my Rusty, so naughty and pees everywhere (including the bed and pillows) but we still love him-la.

Awwww, Mr Shadow is a very handsome fella. Yes, my dogs will do the friendly whine when they see other dogs on our walks. In the park or trails, they will just go for it…crouching, friendly bark (can differentiate one), rodeo-ing and also humping! Dogs life….so shiok!

Jam, Shadow wasn’t adopted by them. He’s adopted by the other neighbor. An Indian family.
Chase still has his “thingy” sticking out when he sits while being excited for something. and when he humps, the “thingy” can be seen too which surprises me coz he has no nuts mah! The two older ones now mellow but still humps the younger dogs – bully i call them
