Computer and internet are two of the best inventions out there. Agree right? I love surfing and blogging very much. I know most of you do too. But do you find yourself having to fight with discomfort such as aching fingers, neck, eyes, arms and body when you sit down too long clicking and reading away? Oh especially after playing PC games… the effect will be Ouch! ouch! ouch! my fingers!!!

My right fingers are aching right now. Urggh! Yes I must spend more time away from computer. Sometimes I really cannot help it. Especially when I have interesting thing to blog or read, no matter how achy is my fingers or neck I will continue sit in front of the monitor until really REALLY beh tahan.:grrr:
I’m making a few rules for myself such as limiting my surfing time to 2 hours per day (I know impossible eh) and exercise more.
Any useful tips you want to share with me?

Serious? I’m working as an IT executive typing for more than 7 hours per day I didn’t feel any finger pain. Maybe your keyboard is not suitable for you or your sitting position and stuff not suitable for you.
I agree on exercising! I’ve started abt a week ago. Hehe, more bloggers should exercise hor.
How many hours you play games in a day? For me I’m not a gamer.
HyperX, yeah serious! Wow really ar? Then I guess the mouse I’m using is not suitable. Need to get a new one. Oh yeah and I always sit ‘bongkok’
Hcfoo, you go to gim? I think I spend around 3-4 hours for playing pc games. But it’s not always lo. Maybe my mouse is not suitable.
It could be your height of your arms are not level with the mouse.
I don’t feel a thing even though I spend close to 18 hours per daay in front of my computer. In fact, I would feel restless, finger bored, eyes tired and sleepiness when I am not facing computer.
Its like being hooked to the matrix, then I would be aliveeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.
Use ergonomic keyboard and mouse, should help?
Dawn, maybe. I’ll check on that.

For aching neck or shoulder, a good chair is the answer.
