I suffer quite a many neck and back shoulders pain this couple of weeks. Wonder whether it’s due to my improper sleeping position or because my pillows have gone pass its usage limit. But then I’ve been sleeping like that for ‘ages’ so it must be my pillows. FYI, I sleep on 2 feather pillows and I do realize that they are getting fluffier by the day. But how can a feather pillow get fluffier? Can the feathers grow?
So does that mean that my neck is too high up when I’m on 2 pillows? If I use 1 pillow it will be too low for me. Should I get myself a brand new pillow? Sigh…dilemma

…or buy more pillows like me. i have 5 n not just one type; foam, feathers, kekabu whats-the-name?!, u name it… i rotate ‘em… when i get bored using one, i change to another, heh!heh!

Are you sure :thinking: your feather pillows gets fluffier or is it because something extra is growing in it? :sick: :sick:
I only sleep on one pillow – a foam pillow. I think experts advises us to ditch the pillows for good as it is better for the posture
You try it for a few nights and see if your neck get any better.
