To ALL animal lovers and civic conscious individuals around the world,

SPCA(Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals) of Malaysia are raising a petition of 100,000 signatures by September 2006 to Malaysia’s Prime Minister to increase the cruelty fine of those who do injustice to helpless animals.
