The Car That Self-Park

I read an article in Sunday Star about the 2007 Lexus car (model LS 460L) with computer assisted parking function.

Check this out and tell me what you think: The Car That Self-Park

It takes Lexus approximately 60 seconds to self-park and it takes us less than that to perform the same action.

Personally I would love to have this gadget install in my car. Why not? It’s cool wat. Never mind it takes longer to park. I can enjoy my curry puff or pizza during that time! So if you hate parallel parking like me, this gadget is perfect for you. I’m a pro when it comes to L-parking…parallel parking? I need to shout for help!

Treat ALL parallel parking as angle parking. They would most probably not give you a ticket if your car is NOT a Kancil. Traffic officers are now very understanding but your car might be scratched of knocked over.

The tech is an overkill. I don’t understand the company. That car is very luxurious, huge, and very businessman-quality. It has only 4 eats – the rear seat you cannot sit in the middle, because there is some kinda console/armrest there. So 4 adults, max. The rear seat can even be reclined to sleep comfortably. Imagine sleeping on Ogawa. I’m not sure if it can massage you.

So expensive for such car, and so businessman-like, you usually hire a driver. When you hire a driver, he has to have a certain amount of skill/competency level. If he can’t even park a car, he shouldn’t be hired.

The company is just showing off the tech in this car. There are alot more crazy technology inside this car.

BMW is also developing self-parking device.

Mo-C, yipee!
Ah you must buy a Lexus then. hehe It’s a great car.

Taffo, impossible la. I’m in the same com as you.
Why don’t you address yourself as Lobster? :hehe:

Narrowband, Woahh so luxurious? Yes the self-parking is just one of many hi-tech gadgets available in the Lexus. If I’m rich, I would drive the car myself. Can act-act abit mah…hahaha
Good to know my site is ok. No need to investigate then. :dancing:

Taffo: I think it has to do with the recent slow streamyx connection.
