The other day we had our dinner at Peranakan Place which is located at 1st Floor, Promenade Shop, 1Utama, Bandar Utama. It was nearly full when we get there. 1 table left.

p/s: my dad’s birthday is coming and we have a wonderful gift for him. He choose the gift himself :-p

Whoaaa looks nice huh, and so mouth watering… I love to enjoy this kinda food (Nyonya’s food), but as a Muslim I’m afraid it’s not halal for me. But still can join the party right. Maybe can “chia” you all at least for the drinks.Hihihi anyway how about the gift set…

That’s great yaa if this restaurant really halal. Will check it out’lah. Anyway it’s hard to find that kinda combination here. Authentic nyonya foods + in really nice place + with reasonable price + of course must halal. As far as I’m concern, not all baba and nyonya in melaka muslim (I didn’t know other place). Maybe just a small percentage with mix marriage does. But I admit they’re really traditionalist and proud with their unique culture and heritage. Early B’day wish for ur father too mate. ;)
