Yeee haaar! I found a cool and user friendly Smilies Plugin for WordPress. With this Smilies Plugin, I can add in new smilies packages, add smilies in my post by a clickable popup smilies in the admin interface and a clickable smilies for comments. Most important of all, this plugin is free!!! (for T&C read GNU General Public License)
Behold, I have added in my favourite Yahoo Messenger(YM) smilies plus some extra smilies package and this YM+extra smilies are clickable at the comment page. Don’t be suprise if you see lots of smilies there. :-P

Yvy, I copied his from Matt’s site: To enable clickable smilies for comments just add the following to your comments template (comments.php) wherever you want the clickable smilies to be. < ?php do_action('comment_toolbar', 'comment'); ?> sorry I don’t know how to explain. hahaha
