Here’re some shots of vegetables and fruits found in Cameron Highlands.

6 pots of cactus for RM10.
The bottom 3 are mine while the top 3 are my sis’.

After repotting.
Let’s see how long my cactus can live ya. I’ve bought countless of cactuses in the past and all have died. Guess it was due to over watering. This time I’ve place my cactus pot in the house beside a window. Please LIVE.

And here are the beautiful flowers found in Cameron Highlands. I don’t know the name for most of the flowers. Please excuse me.

What is this??? It’s like a coconut husk in a pot. I google for it but can’t find any information about this plant.

p/s: Does anyone know where I can buy herbs plant in Klang Valley? (such as rosemary, thyme, sage)

… wonder what happened to the dwarf sunflowers u tried to grow… did u even manage to produce buds from ‘em? … but of course, i’m very much pesimistic about its chances of success.

Moz Monster, eh I like to mix business with pleasure. Alexallied, wish I can go to NZ someday. Dreamcatcher, ahh I tried twice you know but the stubborn sunflowers’ seed just wouldn’t grow. Or maybe the weeds have eaten the poor baby buds. (my stupid excuse!) Next time I’ll plant it in a pot instead. You just wait and see. Right now I’m just too lazy to start moving.

apa ini huh huh huh pulak! those plants that look like cactus r call succulents! the ones next to the daisues are begonias! the ones with big red trumpet like flowers are hippeastrums & i think african violets on the right..

wah!! happening lar u…. abt those herbs…your best chance is to get from supermarket, the ones they bungkus n try n grow them from shoots. dunno if they have the seeds around or not, i doubt it though.

Aiyoh, lovely flowers everywhere Why all your photos colour so vibrant one? sure you didn’t retouch it *raise eyebrows skeptically* As for where to get herbs and stuff - maybe you could try look at organic shop (but you might have to use your female charm ok). And I am not talking about those supermarket type of organic shop - it’s those dingy… opps!! sorry I meant smallish shop proprietors selling organic food.

Yvy, ohh good idea…just trylah hor. Neo, yalor I realised after I came home that I didn’t bother to learn all the plants name. Kleio, ohh that’s because I used Vivid mode in my digi cam. I don’t know any organic shop in Klang Valley. Any idea?
