Clarks was having a warehouse sale last week starting from Friday until Sunday. Me, my mom and grandma went to the sale on Saturday after my grandma’s morning appointment at Assunta.
Believe me when I tell you that the place look like an amusement park! The queue is as long as river Niles and cars double-parked reducing traffic to a standstill. Fortunately when you witness these 2 signs it can only mean one thing: It’s REALLY REALLY REALLY A BARGAIN!!!
Unfortunately, we have no where to park and the queue is too long for us to bear so we ‘cabut’ lo. But not before the mother and daughter team hatched up an evil plan for the final day. That is arriving early and line up! 
We arrived the next day with half an hour to spare and what do we see? Cars and hungry bargain hunters like us! Luckily the queue is a lot shorter than the day before.
I was in for a real disappointment though. People were pushing and pushing and I can’t find my shoe size. In the end, I came up with nothing. Yes nothing!!! Aiyooooo. However my mom had a fantastic day. She ends up buying 3 pairs of shoe/sandal. You know what sales can do to a woman’s mind? My mom who NEVER EVER buys shoe in white color ended up buying 2 pairs of shoe in that color. And you know what she said when I asked her why she bought it? Very cheap mah! Grrrrrrrr
“Mom, you said before that white get dirty faster leh.”
“Nevermind la. Very cheap! Where to get cheap shoe wor. Buy buy buy!!!”
