Weekend: More Bad Than Good

EPL:
It s**ks big time watching ManUtd managed only a draw with Middlesbrough BUT Chelsea also drew with Newcastle weh!!! So overall not bad. Hahaha

Ronaldo has just won the PFA Player and Young Player of The Year awards. Bravo. I knew he would win both.

Lightning Does Strike Twice:
We suspect our old TV was damaged by lightning. How else could it be damaged just like that?

Now it was my PC’s turn. There was no display whatsoever from the PC’s monitor. Also the CPU power on light showed a very queer ‘orange’ color instead of the usual yellow.

Thank God we found a shop at Digital Mall that was able to repair the PC right away on Saturday. The technician found the Acer motherboard and power supply damaged. So we changed to a new Asus motherboard and power supply. We also bought a new processor (Pentium D Dual Core) because the Pentium 4 IC couldn’t slot-in to the new motherboard. The damage? RM640.

I still couldn’t use my PC right now because I don’t have Win XP Home Edition CD…hahaha

So that was my bleak weekend. How was yours?

As long as Nadal won, I don’t care if Chelsea draw or lose liao. Wow, a costly damage eh. First tv now computer. No wonder no KK part 3 lar. Recently my friend had problem with her Acer motherboard too. And it’s a new laptop. I guess Acer is not really a good brand.

Guess wat? I stayed at home most of the time last weekend, n I’d been to mamak for dinner cum football session on both sat n sun night. Guess I have a wonderful weekend.

hmmmm, i recall u saying that staying at home helps save money?! .. doesn’t look like it!! mine didn’t turn out as planned either tho’ not as costly as urs, heh!heh! no quiet n lazy weekend for me, woke up at an unseasonable hour of 5 am to send my grandma to KLIA, adeehhhhhhhh!!!!
