Fuiohhhhhh F1 is getting REALLY exciting. If you’ve stop watching F1 this season, then this is the time to start again. I was outta my sit a few times…yes it was that fun!
Drama happened after the formation lap. Yellow flags were waved at the 2nd row of the grid fore Massa’s stalled car. All the other cars had to do another formation lap while Massa and his car were pushed to the pit.
Hamilton started the race from pole, drove like a MAD McLaren driver (coz Kimi was catching him), defended his no.1 position from Kimi (Kimi tried to overtake him), pitted first, made his FIRST EVER F1 mistake (misjudged the lollypop sign) and it was downhill all the way for him. He finished 3rd on the race (his 9th consecutive podium finish).
McLaren and Ferrari were in a game of pit stop poker. Kimi had a longer pit stop on his first in lap while both Alonso and Hamilton had a shorter pit stop which enables Alonso to lead the race from Kimi.
Alonso pitted first in the 2nd pit stop since Kimi had more fuel in the car. This allow Kimi to pump in a few fast laps before his turn come.
Good ole Kimi! He came out in front of Alonso after the 2nd stop and leads all the way to the chequered flag. With 2 consecutives, Kimi is now back in contention for driver’s championship. Psst Lewis is still leading but it won’t be long for a Ferrari to deflate the McLaren driver.

Massa who was unfortunate to start the British GP from the pit, drove a vigorous race from start to finish. Bravo!!! He proofed to everyone why he’s driving for the best team in the world.
Top 8 finishers:
1. K. Raikkonen
2. F. Alonso
3. L. Hamilton
4. R. Kubica
5. F. Massa
6. N. Heidfeld
7. H. Kovalainen
8. G. Fisichella
