On the day I raise my first ever Malaysia’s flag at home, the wind was gusting wildly.
O gorgeous view.

We, Malaysian are celebrating our 50th Independence Day this 31st August. I believe H.A.R.M.O.N.Y is the key to Malaysia success as a multi-racial nation.
I’m proud of Malaysia. So proud that I choose to stay in my motherland than go to Singapore and meet Hiro Nakamura – Heroes (Masi Oka).
If this is not the time to raise a Malaysia’s flag then when is?
Trivia: Why is Malaysia called Malaysia and not Malaya?

On one fine day last week, I drove home and I was damn shocked when I reached outside my auto-gate. There was a huge Jalur Gemilang hung on one side of the gate, so huge that it almost covered the whole door. I went inside the house and asked my sis, “wth is that all about?!!”. Apparently, there is this campaign going on in my neighbourhood and I found out that we were not the only ones doing that. Initially I thought there was nothing to be proud of there have been a lot of unpleasant news lately. But later I learnt to see the brighter side of things, in addition to the fact that every year also got its own unpleasant news…. might as well we cherish the good things that we have. We’re actually living in a very good country.

Monkey Wong, wrong..hehe. Dreamcatcher answered correctly. Because of Singapore.
Narrowband, don’t you feel proud looking at the flag? Yes agree almost every year there’ll be sad news. Some of us don’t appreciate how lucky we are.
Tsk sorry ya. Since I upgrade Wordpress to 2.2.1, it has been like that. No idea what went wrong. So now I have to add html code if I want to start a sentences in a new line.
Wuching, eh yalor hor.
Rotero, I didn’t know that. Thanks.
Dreamcatcher, wow your bro must be very ‘bersungguh-sungguh’ raising the flag huh. Wah you so pandai la. You’re right woman!

Irene Lim, hello
Try raising the Jalur Gemilang in front of your house. You’ll be really proud.
