I expected accident and safety car in Spa, Belgium but it turned out to be an almost incident free race. Ferrari dominated the race from the lights go. All top 4 drivers finished according to the arrangement they started: Raikkonen first, Massa second, Alonso third and Hamilton fourth.
With McLaren Constructor’s championship points being stripped off to zero, Ferrari is the official 2007 Constructor’s Champion. To tell you the truth, I don’t like winning this way. I prefer to battle it out until the last race but what’s done is done.
At least we still have the driver’s world championship to fight for. Here’s the latest standings:
1. Lewis Hamilton 97
2. Fernando Alonso 95
3. Kimi Raikkonen 84
4. Felipe Massa 77
Yup anyone of the top 4 drivers above can win the world champion. With 3 more races to go (Japan in 2 weeks time, China and Brazil), this season’s F1 race has been the tightest so far in recent years. I think F1 has redeemed itself.
p/s: I don’t believe McLaren when they said they didn’t use any of the information from Ferrari onto their car. BS.

If they had competitive advantage, then they should be stripped to zero. I also don’t like Ferrari winning that way, but then I lagi don’t like McLaren winning unfairly. All due to the cheater’s fault, spoil the whole championship.
