I’ve been longing to cook this famous dish called Fettuccine Alfredo. It’s a dish using Fettuccine pasta and Alfredo sauce. Alfredo sauce is make using butter, cream cheese and Parmesan cheese. Because I couldn’t find any cream cheese from Giant or Tesco, my sis recommended me using whipping cream.
Alfredo sauce: whipping cream, butter, Parmesan cheese,
Side ingredients: garlic, onion, sausages, mushroom, carrot. (you can add whatever you want)
Add all the above ingredients and cook for few minutes.
Cook Fettuccine pasta in boiling water for 10 minutes.
Toss Alfredo sauce and pasta together.
The end result is super yummylicious. I bet it’ll taste even better with cream cheese.
