Decided to cook dinner for 5 people on Christmas Eve because I felt so in the mood. That also explain why I baked some sugar cookies few days back.

I took approximately 1.5 hours to prepare the dinner with sis helping me making potatoes kugel and salad. I cooked marinated salmon in dill, ham rolled with baked veggies and cajun pontchartrain sauce (not in the picture).
Overall the dinner wasn’t as yummy as I expected. The salmon is too salty (not gonna buy from Ikea anymore) and the ham is too rubbery…yuck
Now about Chester. I think I’ve been feeding him too many sugar cookies. He’s not eating his breakfast and dinner (kibbles). Oh man!
I have 2 solutions though. One is I mix powdered milk into the kibbles. He finish it right away. Another method is I pretend not to look at him. Because Chester will just lie down in front of his plate looking so charmingly at me. Hahaha… And when he eat some, he’ll make a face like he doesn’t like his kibbles and will just spit it out. That I have to
him for being such a good actor.
So did ya gain any weight during the holidays? I think I did. Or shall I say I feel I did.
Hmm funny. I don’t see my weighing machine anywhere. Now where could it be?
