Since quite a number of bloggers had successfully withdraw funds from PayPal to Public Bank Visa Electron Debit Card, I decided to try it myself.
Hmm I think I waited for more than a month for the approval of my Visa Electron card. Nevermind about that. I’m in no hurry.
We can only withdraw up to USD100 per transaction and that is what I did. We can withdraw any amount we want. The minimum is USD10. I withdrew USD105. The extra USD5 is for PayPal. I’m wondering whether PayPal will also charge USD5 for Premium account holder. Anyone knows?
The processing time for ‘withdraw funds to your card’ is between 5-7 business days. My transaction date is on 21st Dec. I figured I’ll be getting my money around 27th Dec onwards (5 business days minimum ma). But wuahahahaha I’m get my moolah on 24th Dec le.

Will I withdraw all my funds from PayPal? Nah. I’ll keep some for shopping purpose. *giggles*
p/s: ManUtd rawks! NO.1 after Christmas. What more can you ask for? Do I hear Chelsea? Misfired who? Eh sorry la all Liverpool fans, my 6th sense was not working properly when I said Liverpool will win this season. This is ManUtd year AGAIN! Muahahahaha

I think we can withdraw unlimited amount so long you leave a minimum balance of USD50 in your Paypal account?! I just withdrew more than USD100 just last week and had it in already.

Hello, I was trying to verify my public bank debit card but failed. The error msg was someting like” we cannot verify your credit card”. Does anyone encounter this problem before? By the way, we need to verify card” for expanded use” in order to transfer fund from paypal to public bank debit card? Million thanks

Ser, are you a verified member? as in have you verify your credit card? maybe that’s why you encountered error msg for your debit card.

Mine one is just a standard account. FYI, I withdrew it to my visa credit card, not debit card. But, does it make any difference on the maximum amount one can withdraw?
