Fried Rice Anyone?

What do you like to add in your fried rice?

I like garlic, onions, mushroom, any veggies but in yesterday’s case Japanese cucumber (kyuri), more onions and an egg.

I added in lots of dried rosemary but no use…the fragrance is not strong enough. sad

Fried Rice

Add all the above with fresh rosemary and you’ll get something out of this world. love

    I like the normal yeong chow chau fan. Your recipe kinda different, but I think it’s going to be good coz you put quite a lot of mushrooms and cucumbers wink

    Ooo looks nice.. got mushroom too.. I like it.. You know I like to cook fried rice with red chilies, wu chan rou, jagung, long beans. And at the end I will put some oyster source and eggs.. hehehe.. Next time you can try my recipe la.. grin

    personally I prefer to cook it with some proteins e.g meat/ikan bilis/salted fish/prawns. and of coz chillies is a must :) in the past i used to cook it with lap cheong or dried prawns but Mrs BB doesnt like it :(
