What do you like to add in your fried rice?
I like garlic, onions, mushroom, any veggies but in yesterday’s case Japanese cucumber (kyuri), more onions and an egg.

I added in lots of dried rosemary but no use…the fragrance is not strong enough.

Add all the above with fresh rosemary and you’ll get something out of this world.

I like the normal yeong chow chau fan. Your recipe kinda different, but I think it’s going to be good coz you put quite a lot of mushrooms and cucumbers

Ooo looks nice.. got mushroom too.. I like it.. You know I like to cook fried rice with red chilies, wu chan rou, jagung, long beans. And at the end I will put some oyster source and eggs.. hehehe.. Next time you can try my recipe la..

personally I prefer to cook it with some proteins e.g meat/ikan bilis/salted fish/prawns. and of coz chillies is a must :) in the past i used to cook it with lap cheong or dried prawns but Mrs BB doesnt like it :(
