Shall I Join A Cooking School?

You all know how much I love cooking ya? And I think some of you know that I dream of opening a restaurant someday. So I was thinking why not join a culinary school to further enhance my cooking skill and interest.

From my research of many thousand of culinary schools, I have 2 top choices either Chef Schools and Le Cordon Bleu Schools. So what d’ya think? Should I go for it? Ohh I can’t wait!!!
