Cupcake is such a hype nowadays. I first heard about it from Oprah few years ago. I’d several occasion where I almost want to buy and try them but tak jadi. No. 1 because they’re expensive. No. 2 because just by looking at one cupcake is enough to make me feel FAT.
Then fate decided to bring us together. Me & cupcake. Cupcake & me.
I tried a mini one during my quest at Sepang courtesy of Toyota. And I thought “How could I have not try this before?”. It was insanely good. Forget about FAT & SUGAR.
So few days back I baked a dozen of vanilla cupcakes! 
I made a butter cream frosting for the topping since all I’ve got is butter and icing sugar.
Although it doesn’t taste as good as what I’ve expected and I s**k big time at decorating them, still I’m very proud of myself. Hehe Didn’t know it is so easy to make.
But hor I found a great secret. Cupcakes taste a hell lot better after chilling in the fridge. Wow oh wow!!! I’ll try other recipes & also choc flavor next time.
