There is no doubt about it anymore. We have a clear winner even with 7 contestants left. David Cook is American Idol 7 winner. Yes, I’ve swing my vote from Archuleta to Cook. Sorry young archie.
Not since Fantasia we can find a talented singer that can blow us away like what he did (she did too few years back). In my opinion Cook is the best of them all.
His renditions are all top-notch and he brings new identity to them. I look forward to his performances each week. Anxious to listen to ‘new’ tunes that he so humbly bring to us.
So what else is new in Idol? Besides Kristy Lee Cook is still in the competition? There’s a new one. I’m sick of Jason Castro. No offense. He’s a sweet guy with a sweet voice. But why must he always sing somber songs? A little hip hop and rock won’t kill ya.
I’m still so into Brooke White’s voice but her ‘fast’ singing is killing her chances.
