I had my first dining experience at the fame Esquire Kitchen in Subang last Saturday. Mom has been pestering us to try Esquire Kitchen for quite some times and finally we gave in. It was nearly noon and I think we’re their first customer/one of their first customers.
Let’s look at the food. Not bad huh?
Truthfully everything taste rather bland. Feels like eating leftovers. Even the Chinese tea taste overnight. We didn’t finish our food. With RM50+ I think we can get better deal than this.
With our half-empty stomach we proceed to Uncle Lim’s. Toasted kaya, half-boiled eggs and kopi O… now that’s heavenly food. 
Few years back I had a similar nightmare at Chili’s. We’re their first customer and the food? Taste ’so’ overnight. I haven’t been to Chili’s ever since and I will think twice before I set foot at both places again. Don’t give me stupid excuse like “The chef need warm up”. We know when the food is not fresh okay? In fact they should serve the freshest food for their first customer of the day not the other way. Cehhh…

ohh it nvr cross my mind (or experience, not that i would hve known) that they serve overnight food for the first patron..how ridiculous to do that! somemore they are famous restaurants..

The first time I ate in an Esquire Kitchen was a long long time ago, think it was one along Bukit Bintang Road. All I remembered was the food was good but the service was not to my parents and relatives expectation.
