I’ve just sent Chester to the vet. 
He’ll have to undergo 2 minor surgeries today. One is for scaling (his teeth) and another is to remove a blood clot (swelling) at his right ear flap. He had his blood test done prior to the surgery. Liver is ok but his kidney and especially his heart is weak. Breaks my heart to hear that. He’ll be given a mild sedation. We fasted his since yesterday midnight.
These are suppose to be mild surgeries… but here I am worrying sick. 
Please pray for Chester.

Glad to hear alls well with the surgeries. Exercise him regularly when he is well enough. That will strengthen his heart. I definitely feel for you.

Hi all, he’s still a bit weak. Other than that everything is ok. Dawn, thanks for the tip. I will try to exercise him regularly.

aye, chester’s a strong and brave boy. yeah, try to walk him more to build his strength. bobby gets 3-4 walks a day because i want to build his strength and indirectly up his hemoglobin count. bobby’s slightly anemic.
