Saturday – Astro decoder auto downloaded Astro On Demand
Sunday – Decided to explore this new channel.
5 minutes later, I was hypnotized. I asked sis, “Wanna subscribe?”
Sis gave me a warning look.
“Opps I guess not. Mom will sit in front of the TV every night.”
Later in the evening, I showed mom the new channel. I asked mom, “Wanna subscribe?”
Immediately she gave me the phone.
So we’re now subscribed to The Drive Of Life, a 60 episodes Cantonese TVB drama for 3 whole months. The drama starts today from Monday to Friday 9.30pm at ch911. Can someone tell me how to pronounce this drama title in Cantonese? (something yuit fung wan)

What’s so special about Astro On Demand is that you can watch your favourite TVB drama at your convenience. Meaning if you miss any of the episodes on screening day you’ll be able to watch ‘em at ch931 to ch937. Each channel will replay 4 episodes. Eg. ch931 will screen ep1 to ep4, ch932 will screen ep5 to ep9 and so on.

Because we’re not a Dynasty package subscriber, each episode will cost us RM1.49 instead of RM0.99 (introductory price). Normal retail price is RM1.99 for non-Dynasty subscribers and RM1.49 for Dynasty subscribers. Funny thing is Astro will charge us RM81.95 which is RM1.37 per epi instead of RM89.40 (RM1.49×60). Anyone know why?
If you have not decided to subscribe yet, you can still enjoy The Drive of Life for 5 full epis (this week only).
