There’s no doubt about it that Australian GP is the best race among the 3 Grand Prixs helded(Baharain, Sepang and Melbourne) so far. There were dramas before the start of the race, dramas at the first corner of the first lap, four safety car periods, more dramas towards the middle part of the race and the penultimate drama at the last lap towards the finishing line. Fhewwww what a day!!!

Before the start of the race Montoya spunned his McLaren while heading towards the formation grid and Fisichella stalled his car at the front of the field. At Turn One of the first lap, Klien spunned across Massa, taking out Rosberg as well. Further on, Trulli retired after clashing with Coultard. The first safety car was deployed then. Button was unable to keep up at the restart during lap 3 thus Alonso overtook Button.

Ooppss sorry :(

Then Klien turned itself sharp left into the wall…Kaboom! The second safety car came out at lap 7. At the restart, Kimi overtook the slow paced Button. At lap 33, Michael Schumacher bounced out of control at the final turn and hit hard into the wall. WoW! Just a few seconds ago, Montoya was doing the same thing and he survived! The third safety car was deployed. The fourth and last safety car was sent out when Liuzzi hit another wall…Kabooooom! At lap 46, Montoya nearly repeated Schumacher’s accident at the final turn. Thank God he got away but at a horrible cost. His car’s electronics failed on him. Ohh why can’t he learn his lesson??

And now it’s M.Schumacher’s turn to crashed out.

Button was heading towards the last turn of the last lap in fifth place with Fisichella hot behind him BUT Ouch-Ouch Button’s engine blewed up on him, clouding Fishichella. It was a stunner looking at Button’s Honda trailing with fire and smoke! His team ordered him to stopped the race just before the chequered flag to avoid getting a new engine penalty at Imola. Huh I don’t think that is a wise move. You will never know the future. What if Button can’t get a single point out of Imola too ?Alonso was stunning all the way through, dominating the whole race and never letting Kimi having any high hopes. Ralf Schumacher finished a cool third for Toyota. Lucky you! Both Speed and Barichello got themselves their first point scoring position. Yeah! This is a race to remember!

Imola, San Marino will be our next stop in 3 weeks time. Cheerio.

Ouchh that must have hurt Button’s heart.

podium
Congrats to Alonso, Kimi, Ralf and the Renault team!

Moz monster, yeah one of the craziess…I remember another crazy race was few years back in Sepang where half of the circuit was covered with rain while the other half is not. Ferrari won that race with their stunning strategic. Ahhh those were the days.:kowtow:

Laksa, I believe one of these days Button will win…yesterday just wasn’t his day though.

Wuching, hmmm nice name you give me…:P
