First thing first, give myself a BIG pat on the back.
Amy, you’re doing alright so far. So keep moving forward.
My 2012 is indeed better than 2011. I’m much healthier and stronger (spiritually and physically). 2012 is a year which I challenged through a couple of stormy events. They are my Achilles’ heels which were developed unconsciously over the years. Overcoming ‘that’ biggest fear is the highlight of my 2012. Sorry can’t say what it is. And although ‘that’ fear might come again one day, I know I am ready for it. Acceptance.
One of my dream was fulfilled this year – my most dream about vacation; flash cum backpacking trip with my sister to Europe (London, Rome, Pisa, Venice and Paris). Still couldn’t believe this two ladies had traveled and made it to that part of the world independently. I visited many majestic places in this trip and funnily the overnight train journey from Venice to Paris is the one I remember most. The one that keep playing in my head and pop up first whenever I reminisce this trip. I don’t know why!
I still love my Korean dramas, my cooking/baking, my football, tennis and F1 and taking photos. I recently took up Korean lesson on my own and is making good progress on it. Thanks to all the wonderful free Korean lessons available online. I’ve took Japanese class before (but stopped half way) and I find Korean language is so much easier to learn. Maybe it’s because of my love for Korean culture and dramas.
Last but not least, I’m thankful that my loved ones are healthy. Chester is healthy. That’s the most important thing.
Goodbye 2012. I’m welcoming 2013 with eager heart.
Special note:
Dear Mrs W, no amount of thank yous will ever be enough from me to you. Still, I want to give you mega trillion thanks and hugs.
