One fine & HOT day, I decided to let Chester play with his
plastic baby pool swimming pool before his bath. It’s been 4 1/2 years since his last encounter with the pool. My dog is now almost a senior. He had a couple of tough months and even though his hematoma ear is still bugging me (yes me), I thought “What the heck? Let my dog enjoy himself and worry about hematoma later”. Golden retrievers with water? More ear shaking but I was ready to risk that just to see some happy hearts (including mine) on that day.
Let’s see how he reacts to this new ‘forgotten’ adventure. This is only his 3rd time with the pool.
Photos in chronological order.
Filling water in the pool.
Finally pool is ready!
Chester checking out the pool.
“I’m not sure what to do with it.”
“Ohmygod I just found out this is a swimming pool!!! WOOF WOOF”
“Argghh! Am I dreaming?”
“Hmmm… Is this for real?”
“Oh yes, it’s real water. Going in!”
“Amy, you should come in too!”
I will when I have snap enough. 😉
On to more serious business now…
and ass hole in wet condition.”
Feng ear… model style. Hehe
Feng = flip
“Let’s create some wave”
Oh wait hold it…
Rest a moment… fong pei.
Fong pei = pass gas
“Can you see the wave? Cool eh?”
Soaking & relaxing.
Chester & me (my leg more like it) haha
“I look old in this photo. Come on sing me a 60s song.” 🙁 🙁 🙁
“Don’t I look like a baby seal?”
This is by far my favorite photo for this swimming session. I had this as my laptop background for awhile now. p/s: photos were taken back in May. 🙂
This ends the first part of my dog’s swimming happy hour.
I can hear ‘awwww’ from here.
More to come… with shocking news. Who would have thought my dog can do that! Hahaha
Hang in tight!
