My shoulders, back, back of my head and throat… they’re all tense. It’s off and on.
Sometimes after I’ve wake up, my whole upper back aches.
I’ve tried different kind of pillows, the hard type and soft type but they’re all not good.
Is sleeping without a pillow bad for us?
Tell me how do you cure tension?

sleeping without a pillow is bad because it throws your entire spine alignment off.
I’m not sure about this, but my dad tells me that if the you feel your shoulder, back is stiff, it might be related to high blood pressure. My family have high blood pressure background, so my dad is quite aware of this.
Hope your stiffness just come from discomfort during sleep. :kowtow:
nothing wrong sleeping without pillow. i do that to help ease my backpain. keep a sunny disposition… speedy recovery n as frasier would have it good mental health!! :nailbiting: :rose:

I sleep with all kinds of position wan… Face-down also got, face-up also got, sideways, diagonal… you name it. Sometimes my pillow also end up on the floor. Hehe.
Have you been exercising? Maybe need to loosen some muscles, lol. Sorry not much help :p
Narrowband, hahaha walaueh I can’t beat you on that. Yes I exercise but not vigorously. The type that doesn’t sweat. :laughing:
