These days I love to poke around my house fridge looking for leftovers ingredient. They’re for my packed brunch. 😉 My current indulgence is tomato and carrot! I hate raw tomato and carrot because I dislike the raw smell of it. Cooking the veggie over a light fire will make the raw smell disappear.
Let’s see, I managed to salvage some hams/sausages from the supermarket, 6 slices of whole meal bread and some leftovers such as chopped onions+garlic, lettuce and tomato from the fridge. They’re enough to feed me for breakfast and lunch.
I like to spread a thin layer of salad cream and tomato ketchup on the bread.
Cook whatever leftovers I have under low fire.
The result? A juicy yummylicious brunch. MmmMmMmmmm… I know it looks horrendous but I assure you they’re so yummy that you’ll keep thinking about it long after you finish the snack.
