I have always wanted to make my own pizza at home but I have no confidence in making the base from scratch. Like what if the base is too tough? hard like a rock? uneatable? kekeke Maybe this is just my excuse for being called a lazy-bum. Kekeke
So I bought a box of ready-made pizza base the other day. It has 2 pieces of 9″ base in a box for RM6+. Cheap neh?
I decorated my first pizza base with too much toppings. Forgot what I added in. All I can say is as if my pizza has 5 floors! Haha
This is my 2nd attempt on the 2nd slice of pizza base. I decided to go lighter on the toppings.
Toppings: cocktail sausage, onion, basil leaves, cheddar cheese & cream cheese with dash of olive oil, pepper & salt.
My sauce is somewhat tangy. Dedicated to my new found love: Mr. Dijon mustard (and whole grain mustard). I crushed a couple of cherry tomatoes and add it to Dijon mustard with a dash of olive oil & pepper.
Finally gush some olive oil on the final pizza art piece.
Bake for 10-15 minutes in 200 degree C.
Wah la you have a wholesome hearty meal. Simple & easy to prepare. Better than dialing for pizza help.
