My mom is the biggest sushi fan in the family. She’s been telling us ‘her friend this, her friend that’… all about homemade sushi.
The sushi rice and nori that she bought few weeks ago were put into good use last weekend… AT LAST! I became sushi chef for the day.

I just checked online… ohh I didn’t know must add sugar and salt too. No wonder there’s not many demand for my maki sushi (except Chester who’ll always be my biggest fan if and when I have food!). I added a lot of mayo to make it taste nice. And the nori that my mom bought (from Taiwan), cannot bite one.
Only my sis didn’t taste my maki sushi at all. You know why? She saw the way I made them… must be VERY UNAPPEALING!!! Wuahahahahaha
