I bought 3 kinds of biscotti at Ikea specialty shop recently. One of them is Ginger Thins Ecological (yeah funny name). It’s ginger snaps after all. And you know what? My ginger snap is tastier! I’m no kidding. Another biscuit with similiar Ginger Thins shape is Orange Thins. It has orange flavor in it. I like this one a lot.
But my most proud purchase is the Swedish Crispbread or Svenskt Knäckebröd in Swedish. I was drawn to it by its packaging. Just grab it the last minute near the counter. I didn’t snap a photo of the unopened package unfortunately.
This is Swedish Crispbread.
Mine come in triangle shape which I think is really a darling.
Btw what’s the different between triangle and triangular ar? or rectangle and rectangular. Lazy to read la. Please explain.
The texture of crispbread is like crouton, crunchy and tasty. Its taste is to die for. OATY! and smell very mysterious. Haha. It’ll make a perfect addition to any salad dishes. In fact this crispbread is perfect with just about anything. Taste very good on its own too.
Swedish Crispbread main ingredient (printed on the package): whole rye flour, yeast n salt
There’s also oats and other elements in this crispbread (don’t know what the are).
My own toppings. Best taste is with kaya+butter. Chester love them too.
I’m going back for more.
And I’ll google up the recipe. Seems like VERY easy to make.
Have a DELICIOUS weekend!
