Update 2017: This shop has closed. Sobs
Hear ye! Hear ye! This is the best non-halal noodle house in town. Try the many types of noodles available in this restaurant the next time you’re at SS2 neighborhood. Guarantee satisfaction!
Watching old Cantonese TVB drama while munching your favourite noodle in your mouth. How heavenly is that?

There’s minced pork noodle, chicken chop noodle, pork chop noodle, duck leg noodle, Szechuan noodle… and many more. I can’t remember now (bang my head). You can have the noodle either in soup based or dry with black soy sauce (recommended). This is a fairly cheap place to eat with likeable atmosphere. A plate of noodle cost around RM5-RM7.
This restaurant is also famed for its Curry Fish Head aka Kari Kepala Ikan (evening meal). I tried it once and it’s superb!
This is what I order every time: Minced Pork Noodle coupled with their home-made belacan and soup. It’s INSANELY WONDERFUL!!!
The noodles are so yummy that they even sell dry packed noodle to customer.
Another specialty in Taiwan Noodle House is that they serve drinks in what you called JUMBO fruit juice drinks.
My mom ordered a ‘large’ watermelon fruit juice and she got the shock of her life when the drink arrived.
Taiwan Noodle House is situated at a corner shoplot, opposite SS2 ‘Wai Sek Kai’/Hawker stalls.

anyway, there’s a cafe in kuching selling jumbo-sized fruit juices too! at rm5 per glass, it’s a pretty good deal as the juices are relatively pure and i can never finish a whole glass myself.
