Right now I’m using BlackBerry Curve 8520.
This is my 8th handphone and the first smartphone I’ve ever used.
I’ve used 8 handphones in 1 decade (started using in year 2000).
How about you?
So what happened to my Nokia 6060? (7th handphone).
Nothing actually.
Over 4 years has passed but N6060 babe is still as healthy as when I brought her home.
N6060 did not suffer as the rest of my 6 handphones did. My Nokia 6060 lived on with a miracle story to tell. Hahaha
Ok so what prompted me to change a new handphone?
My mom received this BlackBerry Curve as a gift from her company. Since she’s not going to use it, I quickly ‘chup’ before everyone else did. Haha Not that the rest of the family need a new handphone anyway. π Initially we thought this phone cost over RM1.5k but found out you can get it at less than RM1k. Cehhhhh for once I thought my mom’s boss is generous. Not so lo if you know what the gift is for.
What do I think about BB Curve 8520? I thought of it just as a regular handphone. No hu ha or anything. Just a phone. I use it as a telephone, for messaging, snap pictures, tweets and play games. That’s all. LOL I know lame.
Let’s see how long this phone can last. π

Using a phone for 4 years is quite a long time.
Anyway, well done for chupping the free phone. Haha.
Bryan, yes long time and totally worth it.
Hahaha tq tq tq. I’m a master of chup. LOL

Wow…so rich…8th phone already? :p
why not iphone le? hehe…
u like gadgets a lot..
I thought of getting one since almost everyone has one, from our phone company since our 2-year is up but once I read the reviews and the probs with the battery, I’m keeping my LG for the time being.
Fufu, FREE??? wah wah how come? I’ll change every year too if it’s free.
Tekkaus, not rich la. This is FOC. My old hp cost me less than RM500. Where got rich?
Keeyit, If I get a free iphone I’ll use it. I won’t go and buy just for the sake because everyone is using it. I like photography gadgets more. Haha
Dawn, the battery efficiency is not that bad for this model. But then maybe because I don’t use it for many stuffs. Just the basic daily phone calls, sms and games.
Long Live Your Blackberry! π
i ALMOST got this curve, but did not get it because it does not have the front camera for video calls. i settled for a nokia smartfon instead, but i really did like the feel of the qwerty keypad on the bb.
have fun with it ya! π
this is a nice hp with all the necessary features.. good u chup fast haha
Welcome to the Smartphone club!!
My last smartphone lasted for two years before I switched to my latest gadget. Heheh..
Jemima, yeah hope so. Hehe
Philters, from the typical phone keypad to qwerty… still need some time to get used to. Funny my mind cannot connect the phone qwerty keypad with our pc keyboard. Haha I would go back to Nokia anytime. π
BB, unfortunately I don’t use most of the features. π
Angie Tan, haha thank you. Yours very canggih weh. π
