ZA Deep Hydrating Gel, Victoria Secret Lip Gloss, The Body Shop Fuzzy Peach Bath & Shower Gel

Starting today I’m going to share my views on some of the products that I’ve used and currently using (can be anything; skin care, clothes, gadget, etc). I’ve done this before… checkout some of them here: gorillapod, laptop, tees, cloth pads, bags. But starting from this post I’m trying to be more active in this matter. Read: Try!

Tsk I’m on the hunt for a ‘miracle’ product that can help reduce my biggie pores. And after that I will gather all my strength to combat black heads. LOL

Ok… let’s review 3 products today from ZA, Victoria Secret and The Body Shop.

First up is ZA Deep Hydrating Gel.

ZA Deep Hydrating Gel
This is the first ZA product that I’ve tried. I usually apply this gel after cleansing. It’s not oily and the gel will dried off quickly. I like the smell of the gel too. Very refreshing. Unfortunately after completing a unit I didn’t see any changes to my large pores but my face do felt hydrated. (50g/1.7oz)

Victoria Secret Beauty Rush Lip Gloss.

Victoria Secret Beauty Rush Lip Gloss Slice Of Heaven
I’m on a crossroad with this lip gloss. I’m using Slice of Heaven (M94). This shade is sort of like nude. It’s non-oily but can be quite glossy. Which means I only need to apply very little. Because of that I rarely use it. However the scent is what kills me. I love love love the scent of Slice of Heaven. It’s gorgeous vanilla. YUM!!! (Retail: US$7 13g/0.46oz)

The Body Shop Fuzzy Peach Bath & Shower Gel.

The Body Shop Fuzzy Peach Bath & Shower Gel
This is a soap-free gel for bath for all skin types. Was weird using it the first time as I guess most of us are used to having plenty of foams during shower. Felt really wonderful during the first week usage. I can smell the delicious sweet peach scent during shower and after. But I guess my nose sort of immune to it a week or two later as in ahh just a shower gel. My skin are less dry now. Still I’m trying to find one that will ‘really’ moisture my skin. (Retail: RM19.90 250ml/8.4oz)

I have never heard of ZA but then I am not into beauty prods till about 6 months ago! ๐Ÿ™‚ For blackheads I use Boscia Luminizing Black Mask ( When you put it on (it’s black incolor), it’s ok but when the mask starts to dry, you will feel your skin tighten. Also, i invested on a Clarisonic Mia (the travel and cheaper version). This tool really helps with cleansing and I don’t have blackheads now.

Arrghh Boscia is US$34. Means RM100+ too expensive for me. Hahaha So is Clarisonic Mia. Sob sob…

      Btw I’ve stopped playing CityVille.

Yeah I know, took me a long, long time to save up to buy the Mia. Boscia, good thing it will last a month or 1.5 months. OK, I’m not playing much of Cityville, (off and on) but my sister is on my behalf! ๐Ÿ™‚ I will tell her not to send you stuff.

I’ll have to look for other alternative. Haha
Didn’t know you’re not playing Cityville much these days. I feel the game is very boring. Always the same ole thingy. Ya better tell her so that her effort won’t get wasted.

Like the Body Shop gel, used this before but have changed as I tend to try other brands as well. For skincare, its sticking to the same brand my face is sensitive to certain products.

Me too, after this I will change to another flavor/brand. Unless I find one that I really like.

My mom’s thinking about getting the deodorant. Maybe I will get it for her. ๐Ÿ™‚
