Last Thursday, I took my grandma to Assunta Hospital for a physiotherapy session. That particular morning, grandma was a little bit nervous. She told me that she slept a little the previous night. She couldn’t sleep because she keeps thinking that the therapist will bend her knees and arms! See I told you she’s a worry freak!
The therapist performed a series of test on my grandma to identify her weak spot (eg. flexibility, strength, reflexes). He said that the strength of her left hand is about 20% weaker than her right hand.
Anyway after the test, Mr Therapist teached my grandma several exercises that can be done to help improve her fingers/hand and leg’s sensitivity. I took video of the work out so that we can remember when we reach home.
We left the hospital an hour later. According to the therapist grandma can do the work out at home or at the hospital. So now every morning and night, grandma is working out hard! Hehehe

Hope your grandma recovers fully soon. Che-cheh and chester must be good to granny and encourage her during physio sessions, k.
I’ve been through similar before when my grandad had a stroke a couple years back – it’s important to live life to the fullest and get back to optimum health, however hard it may be. π
