The triple turbo mode I experienced in December 2022 charged into 2023 and never stopped. In fact, it went on a quintuple mode throughout the year until nearly the end of 2023.
In terms of emotional well-being, it was a dark year. This year, I cried the most times (not including when I was a baby la) and, then there were countless times when I wanted to cry but just couldnāt no matter how hard I tried. Because of my conflict(s), my teeth health is really goners. In other words, I embodied bad dental health due to conflicts according to GHK and modern diets as discovered by Dr Weston A Price.
On the other hand, digestive issues are a really rare occurrence this year and so is panic attack. On the physical health front, Iām stronger. I think itās all thanks to the animal fats that Iām putting in my body. Imagined what it would be like if Iām only consuming 5% of processed food (I donāt want to eliminate all because whatās life?).
Updated 27th March 2024.
I watched/Am watching a total of 15 Korean dramas in 2023, including 3 1 that are currently airing and 1 on hold. Currently airing drama is marked with * and on hold drama is marked with ^. They will be updated accordingly once they are completed. I awarded 3 dramas with 𩸠as they are shows that I wished I had dropped earlier on.
I awarded 3 dramas with š as they are the ones I had a blast with and they have leads with electrifying chemistry. They are also the ones that I look back fondly on and care about the characters a lot.

Iāve been composting twigs and branches ever since I stepped into the composting world. I got to know about hügelkultur (go find out what it is as I wonāt explain it here) recently and while Iām not able to utilize this technique in my garden due to space issues, it somehow sorta encouraged me. It encourages me to encourage you to compost twigs and branches as I think they are rather underutilized in the gardening-composting world.
You might think that branches take a very long time to compost. That is only half true. If you cut āem up, then surprisingly not. While I donāt have the exact timeline, I can tell you they do compost quite fast, say as fast as 3 weeks (size dependent). The key point is to cut them into smaller sizes to speed up the composting.

Of twigs and branches. No, donāt discard them in the bin. Compost them!
I was never a fan of white radish or radish as a whole. I started growing white radish because I thought it would be wonderful to use something that I grow for making kimchi. Although white radish (slim & long), also called daikon radish isnāt the exact radish that the Koreans use to make kimchi, hey anythingās better than none. Korean radish (묓 mu) is rounder and shorter.
So, late last year, I bought a packet of white radish seeds at a hardware shop. I read that they grow easily and fast. True enough, they were really easy to grow and in 2½ months, Iād harvested thrice. See here, here and here.
Circa early March this year, I missed my harvest timing for two of the white radishes. So, I let them bolt, that is allow them to go into flower production which then produces seeds. This is achieved by letting the white radish plant grow until it reaches maturity and into old age. When the plants go into seed production, they wonāt produce vegs/fruits and flowers anymore. Tip: To prevent bolting, just pinch off the flowers at their first sign. This is my experience in a hot and humid country.
Here are some of the photos that I took of the white radish plants during bolting (flower forming to seed production) and their end of life.

7th May 2023: This is about ~2 to 2½ months since both white radish plants start bolting. It was a long wait but the flower buds are finally ready to bloom.
