‘Artificial’ LED Trees (Day Shoot) @ I-City, Shah Alam

Nine months after my first visit, I head to I-City, Shah Alam again. So, what have changed? Most of the ‘old’ decorations are still there and many new ones have been erected. The place has been expanded and now there are 2 ways to enter/exit I-City itself. There are also 2 ways to get into I-City (refer below for detailed map). Colorful LED trees were ‘planted’ along the routes making I-City ‘truly’ a lights wonderland at night.

During day time, you’ll come to realize all you see is artificial. Save for some ‘real’ flowers, this place feels like a ‘dead’ land. Sometimes it is an eyesore at night ‘too’. Why do they promote artificiality? Only the authority can answer that. It’s weird by the way. Any country can do this but only us ‘really’ go down to doing it. LOL

Anyway I was there for ‘day’ shooting that early October. For photographers, this place spells ‘let’s get creative’. Hehehe

I love this one a lot.

Some lovely white flowers with blurred LED trees on the background.

I love the flare & bokeh in this picture.

The old Christmas trees are still there, the lime trees are still there and so are the large trees but now it has ‘more’ trees. Which fertilizer did they use by the way? 😛

Oh so fakey fakey. Even my picture didn’t turn out well. Haha
Or perhaps it is due to my skill.

I quite like this one. Just visualize they are ‘kei chi’ (goji berries/wolfberries). LOL

Let’s rest our eyes a moment on this real yellow flower. 🙂

It looks good in my laptop. But over here, I don’t like it anymore.

Blue autumn leaves? Are we in zombieland?

Last but not least, a circle of red leaves.

So what do you think? Is I-City beautiful during the day?

Fufu, come back Malaysia quickly 🙂

Lechua, ohgod! When they first started, I thought it will be for few months.
They’re not bad in day time right? Just need the right shot.

I still prefer the night ones….they don’t feel that fakey. The day pictures look good to me, too. Just need to put myself in that “season”.

Dawn, when you go there during the day you’ll realized suddenly you’re not in dreamland anymore. In fake-land more like it. Haha
