Woah what a year! Instead of fear, I hope everyone is vibrating in higher consciousness and emanating love. For love ❤️ is the opposite of fear. I think 2020 is quite a good year for me. Time moves in a smooth manner as in it didn’t feel too fast or too slow. Ngam-ngam!
In March, Malaysia went into lockdown together with some countries due to a contagious virus. Fast forward 9 months later, we are still restricted but with looser & ever-changing SOPs. Like everyone else, I was worried and afraid but only initially. My fear lasted for about 2-3 weeks. Once I woke up to the truth, everything changes. I tried helping by sharing on social media. Many must have thought this girl is nuts. Don’t care, I still share. You see, once you see it, you can’t unsee it and you want everyone else to see it too!
In the 3rd quarter of 2020, I bade goodbye to my beloved Ah Ma. ❤️❤️❤️ I thought I’ll still get to see her in 2021, tried a lot of positive thinking to overcome her negative thinking, saw her suffered too much by the end, felt it’s better to let her go than holding on. The selfish me wanted her to get up and walk and be healthy. Unfortunately and fortunately, it was her time. She died along with one of her fears coming true. Yep, time and time again I am reminded by how powerful we all are. Like Bruce Lipon always says, we are a broadcast. We are creators and we are one! How? Quantum physics. I first learned about the saying what you think, you become during my earlier days of awakening. From my experience with Chester, I know time will heal everything. Don’t worry Ah Ma, I will live awesomely!
I continue learning about my inner world, how I react and how I make up stories (reality) based on my perceptions. When I succumb to unconscious behaviours, I’m aware of it and yet many times I still react to it. I need to learn to be observant and not react. Letting go, surrendering, forgiving and being thankful work wonder. As well as listening to your gut feeling. I’ve been doing lots of thanking and forgiving at bedtime. So happy to report that my deja vu which I shunned years back is finally coming back. I have a few strong episodes this year alone. Yahoo!
I learned a lot more about GNM (German New Medicine) this year and applied the biological laws into my life. What are the emotions or perception I have during conflict shock? It’s extremely fascinating. I find EFT to be very effective more so than deep breathing (as I sometime couldn’t focus on my breath) when I’m anxious. I stopped meditation, breathwork and journalling totally (actually lazy la) and instead just be aware (be present). I did extremely little (almost none) yoga and tried Dr Tommy John’s spinal hygiene in the first half of the year. The only frequent exercise I did is gardening (squat, pull, dig, bend, walk, carry weight). Hehe
And yes, I still garden as mentioned above. In fact, I love it very much. Just being outside with the sun, fresh air, wind, rain, plants and animals delights my everything. This year I accumulated a new pandan plant, germinated about 6 avocados from seeds (Booth from Vietnam trip and organic local Booth) and many more adventure. My sis recently told me, “I counted how many avocado plants you have and you have more than 10!”. I just nodded because I already know the answer. Hahaha I still watch Korean drama but a lot less because some dramas were not shown in KBS World and besides KBS produces fewer dramas this year plus I dropped a few of them because they didn’t tug at my heart. I mainly go with KBS and then some. The memorable dramas for me this year are Crash Landing On You, Into The Ring (Memorials) and Zombie Detective. Cheat On Me If You Can is looking awesome so far.
I’ve been using Instagram almost daily for a few years now, and I always wondered whether I will be able to break free from it since I’m very addicted to it. I used to spent 1-3 hours there. Well, what do you know? I finally did it without any plannings and just went with the flow. AND I DID NOT MISS IT! It’s all thanks to the mass censorship. After witnessing others and experiencing it myself having our posts/stories shadowbanned or deleted, it just lost the meaning of posting in Instagram. Sure, I still use it from time to time but there was no more spark. Who knows I will get back to it someday. Meanwhile, I use the free up time to do other things in my life. Tsk, I’m still active in Twitter and I ditched FB loooooong ago. I’m only using FB for my work.
I also took more proactive steps to reduce EMF radiation in my home and myself. You can read it here and here. I realized I complained and nagged a lot more this year. Wait, what will you do if you found out a male seldom washes his hands after answering a small nature call? You complain and nag, right?
Ahh, I’ve babbled too much.
Many of you think that this is the worst year of your life. Here’s what I would like to share with you: Sometimes when you are in a dark place you think you’ve been buried, but you’ve actually been planted. 🌱🌿🌳 Quote by Christine Caine. I think this is the biggest lesson yet for many of us. Accept it, embrace it. There is always a silver lining. It’s the time of awakening.
Thank you 2020 for the good, the bad, the beautiful and the ugly. It’s the BEST year yet!
*Imma busy manifesting = creating my dream = future!
Glad that you have broken free from Instagram…wow 1 to 3 hours is a lot.
Anyway Happy New Year 2021 to you. 🙂
Hi Tekkaus, A prosperous Happy New Year to you and your family. Yup I was an Insta addict. Luckily, no more.
I am so glad to hear that 2020 has been good to you. I thought it was great for me too then reality hit me (financial problem because all of us, me and my family lost our job TT) but yes, there’s always a silver lining and I’m still waiting for that hehe
Haven’t watch Crash Landing On You even though I heard it’s a really great drama. Forced myself to watch It’s Okay To Not Be Okay since my brother let me use his Netflix acc because of RMO and somehow I fell in love with that drama but nothing beats Sweet Home for me yet. And I agree with you about KBS produces less drama last year and thankfully 2D1N made a comeback. One of the shows that keeps me sane during the pandemic.
sorry for the long comment, I’m always like this. Have a great day 🙂
Hi! thanks for dropping by. You will land an awesome job and so will be your family if they are still looking. 😉
I didn’t watch It’s Okay To Not Be Okay and Sweet Home. I’m a big fan of 2D1N. This season is hilarious. No need sorry for the long comment. You have a great day too!
