Nokia 6 – My 10th Handphone

After retiring my Samsung S3, I went on a handphone witch-hunt. Among the brands that I considered were Huawei, Motorola and Sony but eventually I choose my first love… NOKIA! Since the model that I’m interested in had not been released yet, so I waited and waited and waited. I used my mom’s phone for a couple of months. Hehe, I’m very patience hor?

My Retired Samsung S3

This is absolutely yet another LATE POST. Just for my reference and/or to help those that are facing these issues.

My Samsung S3 (9th handphone) started having some issues around 1.5 to 2 years ago (perhaps circa mid year of 2016). Actually few months after I blogged about this handphone, it started lagging noticeably, but I hold on to it. I gotta make my money worth!

Ok, so the issues I had with my Samsung S3:
1. Battery draining very fast. I suspected this was due to an app that I downloaded. It was so bad that I had to reset the phone to factory setting few times. Battery life improved a bit but I still need to charge the phone almost twice daily. I even bought a new battery, but no help there.

Year Of Dog 2018 @ Kuan Yin Temple, Klang

Kong Hei Fatt Choy!!!
Woof woof wooF!!! πŸ•πŸΆ

I did something record-breaking today. I visited my favorite local Kuan Yin Temple (known as Kuan Yin Teng in Hokkien) on 1st day of CNY, which is really really rare! Hahaha Even after countless of visits, I always find this temple extremely beautiful. Tucked at the corner of a busy and famous roundabout in Klang town, Kuan Yin Teng is the place to find peace and calmness. So glad I have this piece of treasure in my hometown. In fact, in just under 1km radius, there are 1 mosque, 1 surau, 2 Indian temples and 2 churches as well. God, I love my town!

I took my DSLR with me, knowing I will always find many things that charm me there. Allow me to share my snaps with you all.

Prayer’s lotus candles. Love the angle. The evening sun were quite harsh. I have to tone down the saturation.

What Drive Me To Exercise At Least Once A Week

First thing first, Happy New Year 2018! 🎊
I’m starting the first post of 2018 with an exercise topic…

We all know exercise is good for health. I’m pretty sure we’re all brought up with this knowledge. But why can’t most of us find time to exercise? I’m one good example. I struggled to even exercise once a week.

Over the years, I’ve tried jazzercise, yoga, swimming, badminton, ping pong, tennis, futsal, cycling, joined a budget friendly gym (RM10 per hour!!!), exercising at stadium and park, and as well as in my home sweet home.

I deduced the reasons why I’m not able to maintain regular exercise schedule as below:
1. No time
2. Exercise gang busy
3. Lack of exercise drive

My 2017

How’s my 2017?

I think it was a neutral year for me. Lots of ups, and also lots of downs. And this is what life is all about. 😏 All the hardships and fun days are priceless lessons, especially failures. This year, I spent a large bulk of my time learning who I really am, and why I am the way I am.
